Click on image to save Google Skin.
Right click on image and save as.
Then simply click the link on the bottom of Google's site that says "Change background image"
Choose from my computer, click Browse
Choose the image, and upload!

Wow I didn’t know we could do google ha and I have been around how long???? geez I get stuck in one thing all the time…
Google discontinued these so I took out the category, but the image is still useable for other stuff I guess. How did you come across it?
